Summary
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development.

We have an urgent requirement for a good data modeller with 7-10 years of experience on P4/P5 level in Enterprise Data & Analytics DEDA team.

Essential Capabilities
Problem solving by producing design options and patterns
Logical and physical data modelling in complex environments spanning Traditional data warehousing to Cloud data platforms
Ability to design and implement diverse data modelling patterns to solve complex business challenges and deliver optimized solutions
Experienced in different modelling methodologies, including 3NF, Dimensional and Data Vault
Cloud data warehousing concept and experience with Databricks/Lakehouse
Strong SQL knowledge
Results driven, analytical and creative thinker, and innovative problem solver
Self-motivated, proactive, highly organised
Strong stakeholder relationship management
Prior experience working in an agile squad environment, with minimal supervision
Attention to detail is highly desired
Other Capabilities
Proficiency and experience with Erwin and IBM IFW or FSLDM Industry data model
Banking domain background
Experience
Data modelling and/or data architecture experience
Sound knowledge of solution design, data modelling practices, and processes
Demonstrated record of building trusting relationships with business partners and key internal stakeholders
Resource needs to travel to Client Office 3 days per week and reimbursement will be provided.
