Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage project timelines effectively.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
• Experience in designing interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and user experience principles.
• Ability to integrate Tableau with various data sources and optimize performance for large datasets.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline reporting processes.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy and visualization.
