Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of application features.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize development processes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices.
• Experience in integrating applications with various business systems and workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
