As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
• Experience in configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and business process alignment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Workday security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver secure and efficient solutions.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
  
  

Mandatory to have Workday Related certification.
