Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, as is adapting to changing project priorities and delivering high-quality results within established timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance in HANA environments.
• Familiarity with SAP modules integration and understanding of business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP applications.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and deploying SAP ABAP programs in a collaborative environment.
