Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translating those needs into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications are robust, scalable, and user-friendly, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to support evolving business goals and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the applications developed are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Document application designs, configurations, and changes for future reference and compliance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to ensure application quality.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Ability to design and execute automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve defects.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
