Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure seamless application functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops with Client and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and drive innovation.
• Design and build, test the solution, support testing a solution.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
• Should have experience in blue printing, Fit -gap analysis, RICEF finalization
• Should have Implementation experience in 2 to 3 SAP projects,
• Should have worked on RICEF functional designs
• Knowledge of Retail functionalities like Purchase Costing / Promotion / Sourcing / Retail pricing / fulfillment and allocation
• Good To Have Skills: Implementation Experience in Retail Industry
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Exposure to green field implementation will be an added advantage.
• Functional Experience in Sap retail store operations related to end-to-end retail store execution (Handheld integration, Wholesale operation, point of sales, Ecommerce) ensuring seamless integration between POS, inventory, promotions, and backend SAP systems
