Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Salesforce Conga CPQ, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and document complex business requirements.
• Experience in designing application workflows and user interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Ability to work with configuration tools and platforms to customize applications effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
