Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate in team discussions and contribute insights.
- Design applications to meet business process requirements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional application designs.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow Tools Administration.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
