Project Role: Application Designer

Project Role Description:

As an Application Designer for Cloud Migration & Implementation, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application needs using ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions that align with those requirements. You will also help maintain technical documentation and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Assist in defining requirements and designing applications that meet business processes and application requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application design and development, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Ensure the alignment of designs with ITIL best practices and other industry standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in application design and development using ServiceNow platforms.
• Technical documentation development experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications (Additional Information):

• Mandatory: Certified in ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals.
• Optional: Certified in ServiceNow ITOM or GRC ITAM.
