Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will also engage in iterative design processes, working closely with development teams to refine and enhance application functionalities, ultimately contributing to the overall success of projects and the satisfaction of end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
