Summary:

As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing effective applications. This role focuses on designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the final product supports organizational goals. The position requires continuous interaction with various teams to gather insights and refine application designs, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead design review sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Facilitate communication between business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on design principles and best practices.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
