Your Role And Responsibilities

  • As an Application Consultant for ServiceNow, you will provide configuration and maintenance support for software product implementation, possessing expertise in both business and technical skills related to specific ServiceNow modules. You will lead the team in building a ServiceNow strategy based on value vs. effort and contribute to solution design through effort estimation and costing. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Implement ServiceNow Solutions: Provide configuration and maintenance support for software product implementation, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to project timelines.
  • Develop ServiceNow Strategy: Lead the team in building a ServiceNow strategy based on value vs. effort, preparing cost-benefit models and contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing.
  • Tailor Solutions to Budget: Ensure solutions are tailored to budget guidelines and negotiate with clients to meet their needs.
  • Apply Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in web technologies, such as XML, HTML, and Web Services, and knowledge of technical components like LDAP, VPN, and SSL to deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet their requirements.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • ServiceNow Module Expertise: Exposure to specific ServiceNow modules, including configuration and maintenance support for software product implementation.
  • ITIL Process Knowledge: Familiarity with service management and ITIL processes, enabling effective solution design and implementation.
  • Web Technology Proficiency: Experience working with web technologies, such as XML, HTML, and Web Services, to deliver solutions.
  • Technical Component Knowledge: Understanding of technical components like LDAP, VPN, and SSL, and their application in solution design.
  • Solution Design and Estimation: Exposure to effort estimation and costing, contributing to solution design and development of cost-benefit models.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Advanced Web Technology Skills: Proficiency in utilizing web technologies such as XML, HTML, and Web Services to deliver tailored solutions. Experience working with these technologies to ensure successful implementation and adherence to project timelines.
  • Technical Component Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technical components like LDAP, VPN, and SSL, and their application in solution design to meet client needs and budget guidelines.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Exposure to developing cost-benefit models and contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing to lead the team in building a ServiceNow strategy based on value vs. effort.
