Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Technical Consulting
- Identify customer needs and architect solutions to maximize Rockwell Automation products and services content.
- Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations internally and externally.
- Act as a lead technical contact for major customer presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and senior-level stakeholders.
Sales Support & Strategic Growth
- Support sellers to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for orders, margins, and shipments.
- Facilitate sales calls, account presentations, and opportunity reviews.
- Champion new LFS Solution Business growth initiatives, including commercial programs and business systems development.
- Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline for LFS Solution Business.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Regional Sales Teams, Business Teams, and Distributor Channels.
- Provide technical and commercial inputs to the LFS Solution Business Manager and regional management teams.
- Facilitate exchange of information between US/AP capabilities and Sales personnel.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, government regulations, and standards including iPE, ISO 9000 & 14000, EHS, and information protection.
