Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support RA Sales teams to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals for orders, margin, and shipments
  • Identify customer needs and architect solutions to maximize Rockwell products and services content
  • Create presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept to communicate solutions effectively
  • Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage internal and external expectations
  • Understand third-party vendors and solutions to optimize offerings and plan competitive scenarios
  • Act as a lead technical contact during major customer presentations and LFS SOLUTION BUSINESS events
  • Build relationships with key accounts and suppliers at senior levels
  • Champion new LFS SOLUTION BUSINESS growth initiatives including commercial programs and business system development
  • Execute the business plan and support growth and profitability of LFS SOLUTION BUSINESS
  • Facilitate information exchange between US/AP LFS SOLUTION BUSINESS capability and Sales personnel
  • Conduct sales calls, account presentations, and performance reviews
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and feedback
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Teams, Business Teams, and Distributor Channels to present a unified front
  • Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline and assist in technical and commercial closure of opportunities
  • Provide input for Annual Operating Plan and adhere to company policies and compliance standards
