Summary:
The Application (Basic) Support Analyst - L1 & L1.5 plays a crucial role in providing support for a range of applications. This position primarily focuses on incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper management of user access, contributing to the overall security and functionality of the applications.
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
- Shift: Monthly rotational shifts following US, EU, and Asia hours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support for applications like Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google Sites, Keepek, Labware, and Drupal.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across multiple applications.
- Assign and review role-based access while ensuring least privilege principles are adhered to.
- Implement and enforce security policies in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and checks for segregation of duties.
- Prepare audit logs and compliance reports for stakeholders.
- Assist audit teams during security assessments.
- Investigate unauthorized access attempts and escalate incidents as necessary.
- Perform risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and compliance teams to align access with organizational needs.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of functional technician experience.
- ITIL certification.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with WEB applications like Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google Sites, Keepek, Labware, and Drupal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of ITSM practices in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
