KPMG India's Digital Government Advisory (DGA) practice helps government bodies modernize public services through technology. It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.

>>About the Role:

The Senior Technology Consultant will be responsible for leading development, enhancements, and technical maintenance of enterprise applications. The role requires expertise in system architecture, performance optimization, integration, and troubleshooting.

>>Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system development and coding activities.
  • Enhance system architecture, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
  • Integrate applications with internal and external systems as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Support testing cycles, deployments, and version upgrades.
  • Execute additional technical tasks assigned within the project's scope.

>>Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

>>Experience

610 years of experience in software application development, architecture, and system integration.

>>Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with enterpriselevel application development.
  • Strong understanding of system design, API integrations, and performance tuning.
  • Handson experience with debugging and testing frameworks.

>>Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with functional teams.
  • Clear documentation and communication capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of secure, scalable system design.
