Job Title: Application Architect (5 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Application Architect with 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade applications. The role involves defining application architecture, ensuring performance, security, and scalability, and guiding development teams in best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end application architecture for web/mobile/cloud-based

systems

• Define technical stack, frameworks, APIs, and integration patterns

• Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance

• Lead code reviews and enforce architecture & development standards

• Work closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure teams

• Design microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures

• Oversee database design (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies

• Ensure CI/CD alignment and cloud-native best practices

• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience in backend technologies (Java / Python / Node.js / Go)

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• API design & integration (REST, GraphQL)

• Database design (Influx, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes – basic exposure)

• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Good knowledge of system design, scalability & performance tuning

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in IoT / Telematics / Real-time systems

• Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, MQTT, RabbitMQ)

• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SSL, encryption)

• Experience in multi-tenant SaaS architecture

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design

• Good stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to mentor developers

Experience & Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in application development

• 1–2 years in architecture/design exposure

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

• Connected devices

• Real-time telemetry pipelines

• Cloud IoT platforms

• High-volume data ingestion systems
