Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Platform App Architect with over 15 years of experience to join our team. As a Platform App Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure platforms that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our platforms are built using industry best practices and are able to support our clients business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure platform that meets the requirements.
- Build incremental architectures to add additional features and capabilities to the platform.
- Collaborate with enterprise teams for designing and implementing additional features and capabilities to the platform.
- Work on upgradation of application components of cluster.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all platform solutions.
- Collaborate with other architects and developers to ensure that our platform solutions are consistent with industry best practices.
- Ensure the services deployed in platform are designed as per platform best practices.
- Perform code reviews of the services and modules to be deployed in platform.
- Train and on-board new delivery teams on to the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in platform development.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years of experience in a Platform Architect role.
- Must have 5+yrs of hands on experience in NodeJS
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in at least one programming languages such as Python or Java.
- 5+ years of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Knative and Keda.
- 5+ years of Experience with API gateway technologiessuch as Kong, Apigee, Apisix or Mulesoft.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to Enterprise Application Integration domain.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as ADO, Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
Bonus Points
- TOGAF certified.
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- Hands-on on front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular.
- Basic knowledge on SAP ecosystem.
