Your Role And Responsibilities
Salesforce requirement gathering, drafting business cases, Requirement walkthrough with stakeholders, Requirement documentations and provide clarifications to stakeholders. Salesforce Business Analyst, Good verbal and written communication, Skilled in articulation of functional requirement to technical counterparts and vice versa.
Responsibilities
- Implementation knowledge - Experience in end-to-end salesforce solutioning/designing experience, fit-gap analysis, Impact analysis and estimation experience
- API integration knowledge - The structure and integrity of data flowing into, and out from, Salesforce

Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience in designing data model and architecture diagrams.
- Knowledge in performance improvement and tuning.
- Knowledge in Exception handling, alerting and monitoring mechanism
