Job Description

Responsibilities:

Serve as a client-facing architect in IBM Consulting, leading solution definition and guiding technical teams through implementation.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal partners to understand business requirements, system constraints, and stakeholder concerns.
Transform business requirements into detailed solution architectures for Oracle Cloud implementations.
Manage solution design and oversee implementation aspects to ensure high-quality, integrated, and complex solutions.
Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing effective technical solutions.
Configure and administer Oracle CC&B, C2M Thread Pool Worker.
Apply recommended Oracle patches for CC&B, C2M applications, and databases.
Ensure full understanding of all project phases, associated deliverables, and staffing requirements.
