Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore for an Application and Service Engineer specializing in EDM/WEDM. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for EDM/WEDM machining processes, conducting field service visits, performing maintenance and repair, and offering application-related guidance to clients. The engineer will actively engage with customers to ensure smooth machine operations and provide comprehensive service for optimized performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for machine tools, specifically EDM/WEDM equipment
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site customer support and machine servicing
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair to ensure the equipment's long-term operability and effectiveness
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with teams and clients
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic customer requirements
• Relevant educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Prior experience in the machine tool or manufacturing industry is advantageous
