Application Analyst Senior - India/China

Description:

The Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and remediation across Business Applications.
• Work with Business Applications teams and system owners managers to ideate software solutions.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Write effective APIs.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
• Write technical documentation.
• Provide accurate information on IT products or Services.
• Manage customers expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support with the Vendors.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
• Participate and collaborate in requirement analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployments, as well as planning.
• Work with the team across multiple geographies.
• Understand the responsibilities of Novotech as a service provider in the pharmaceutical industry and ensure all communications with external parties present a positive professional image of the company.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information technology, or information systems.
• 3 years experience as a Developer in one of the Enterprise Applications in use at Novotech, with role-specific certifications.
• Chinese or Korean speaking would be a significant advantage.
