Application Analyst Health Information Management (Coding & 3M Solventum)

We are looking for an experienced Application Analyst – Health Information Management (HIM) with strong expertise in 3M Solventum / 360 Encompass applications to support healthcare technology operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with coding workflows, CDI, Code Audit, HDM Abstracting, Pre-Bill processes, and HIM application support. Experience working with Oracle/Cerner EMR integrated environments with Solventum will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support and maintenance for 3M Solventum / 360 Encompass applications

• Support HIM workflows including Coding, CDI, Audit, Abstracting, and Pre-Bill processes

• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with business users and technical teams

• Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements

• Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementations

• Manage system configurations, documentation, and workflow updates

• Support integrations between Oracle/Cerner EMR and Solventum platforms

• Collaborate with HIM, Coding, CDI, IT, and operational teams

Required Experience:

✅ 5+ years of experience with 3M Solventum / 360 Encompass

✅ Strong knowledge of HIM and medical coding workflows

✅ Experience with production application support

✅ Experience with:

• CDI workflows
• Code Audit / ADM Expert
• HDM Abstracting
• Pre-Bill workflows
• Work Queue Monitor Solutions
• Hyland OnBase Content Management

Preferred:

• Healthcare IT application support experience

• Oracle/Cerner HIM integration exposure

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
