Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Analyst located in Nagercoil. The Application Analyst will oversee systems analysis and application support, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide comprehensive technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of business-critical software systems. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and developing innovative solutions to optimize application performance and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Systems Analysis
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Solid foundation in Information Technology and understanding of application systems
• Experience in providing effective Technical Support to resolve user and system challenges
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field
• Previous experience in application analysis or a related technical role is a plus
