Job Title: Technical Presales (Technical Consultant)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our Pre Sales team as a Technical Presales (Technical Consultant). The ideal candidate will have over 7+years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in Pre Sales, specifically in Middleware, SAP Technical, and AMS. This role involves preparing technical proposals, responding to RFPs and RFIs, leading technical discussions, and managing product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical proposals, responses to RFPs and RFIs, and other sales-related documents.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our solutions to potential clients.
- Provide technical consultation and support to the sales team in understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Lead discussions with clients during the bid lifecycle, including solution workshops and presentations.
- Participate in solutioning, sizing, and pricing activities.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure alignment of our products with customer needs.
- Contribute new ideas and share insights on product development.
- Conduct research on new trends and technologies related to middleware and application integration.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Must-Have/ Good to Have (All are not mandatory) :
- Experience with integration technologies Kafka, IBM Sterling, Seeburger, and API Gateway technologies like Mulesoft and Apigee.
- Good knowledge of hybrid cloud and PaaS solutions, including GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Understanding of DevOps culture and containerization (CaaS).
- Strong grasp of Site Reliability Engineer/Platform Reliability Engineer principles.
- Knowledge of Gen AI/AI-ML.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies like web/app servers and messaging middleware.
