Application Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day application administration and operational support for HPS tools, portals, and enterprise platforms.
- Monitor application health, performance, and operational stability across supported environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, access, configuration, and integration-related issues.
- Support user onboarding, permissions management, and access provisioning activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth platform operations.
- Assist with upgrades, patching, testing, and release support activities.
- Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base materials.
- Support workflow configurations, system administration, and operational governance processes.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide flexible operational support across multiple applications and evolving business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in application administration, enterprise application support, or platform operations roles.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical operational environments.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day support activities across multiple systems and tools.
- Familiarity with AI-adjacent tooling, productivity platforms, or modern enterprise collaboration ecosystems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and operational support skills.
- Experience working within cross-functional IT and engineering environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently within fast-paced operational environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting R&D, engineering, or product development organizations.
- Exposure to SaaS platforms, workflow automation tools, or cloud-based application ecosystems.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and operational governance standards.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams and multi-time-zone operational models.
