Your tasks
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting user-reported incidents on the platform
- Managing and resolving service requests, access issues, and repository-related queries using ServiceNow, Git, and GitLab
- Supporting Unix/Linux environments, cloud storage solutions, and platform operations
- Collaborating with global teams, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
- Documenting incidents, maintaining knowledge articles, and driving continuous service improvements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, or Technical Support roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Git, GitLab, and incident management processes
- Working knowledge of AWS, ServiceNow, and ITIL-based support practices
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills in English
- Experience working in multinational environments; exposure to Agile, Jira, R, SAS, or Python is an advantage
