Are you an experienced QA Engineer with a background in Appian applications, document processing and AI-driven workflows

We're looking for two Appian QA Engineers to support functional, integration and regression testing of our client's DocCenter and AI Assist solutions.

This is an opportunity to work on enterprise applications that combine document management, business rule validation and AI-powered data extraction, ensuring solutions are accurate, reliable and ready for deployment.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end test cases for DocCenter and AI Assist.
• Validate document upload, extraction, comparison and processing workflows.
• Test AI Assist business rules across USA and Canada PCS scenarios.
• Verify purchase order, quote, contract and customer master-data validations.
• Assess AI extraction accuracy, exception handling and expected pass/fail or flag outcomes.
• Perform regression testing following DocCenter upgrades and application conflict resolution.
• Prepare test data, document test results, log defects and carry out retesting.
• Support deployment smoke testing and final acceptance activities.

What we're looking for:

4+ years of application QA/testing experience.

Hands-on experience testing Appian applications.

Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.

Experience developing and executing test cases and managing defects.

Knowledge of API testing, SQL and data validation.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and investigate issues independently.

Desirable experience:

• Document processing and workflow testing.
• AI/LLM output validation and document extraction testing.
• Appian DocCenter / AI Document Center testing.
• Test automation experience.
