Connect and coordinate with teams to discover their needs or bottlenecks when using the Appian platform.
Connect and coordinate with teams to ensure all teams are following a standard way of working and are implementing in-control requirements.
Connect and coordinate with Appian representatives to report on platform findings, understand upcoming initiatives, and co-ordinate proof of concept builds or code reviews.
Present updates and knowledge transfer sessions to other Appian teams.
Communicate planned disruptions or incidents with the broader Appian users.
Maintain a knowledge base and standardized way-of-working.
Prepare security and compliance documentation in a timely manner.
Help in maintaining the product backlog and ensure items are prioritized and thoroughly refined.
Identify gaps in knowledge, in-control items, and ways we can improve or scale the platform.
Develop proof-of-concept builds & Develop and maintain common applications.
Sound knowledge of Appian frameworks or utility applications such as Transaction Manager, Object Locking, AQuAMan, Script Management Tool, etc.
Good knowledge of deployments, post-deployments, the Admin Console, and Azure applications and pipelines.
Decent understanding of IAM.
Monitor and report on platform health.
Able to pick up new work as priorities change.
Proactive and is able to identify gaps and create work items to address them.

Mandatory skills : Appian & JAVA

Have great analytical skills and have a conceptual / architectural understanding.
