About the Role
We are hiring for our client for the role of Appian Lead cum Architect. This is a senior-level position responsible for owning end-to-end Appian solution architecture across projects. The role requires strong expertise in designing scalable, high-performance systems and providing technical leadership to drive enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Appian solutions for complex business requirements
- Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices
- Design reusable frameworks, components, and cross-domain solutions
- Lead integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, synchronous and asynchronous integrations, plugins)
- Architect efficient data models (CDTs, Records, Data Fabric, Datastores)
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability
- Analyze logs, identify bottlenecks, and optimize high-volume processing
- Manage transaction handling and ensure data consistency
- Conduct design and code reviews; mentor development teams
- Drive enterprise-level solution strategy and stakeholder alignment
Required Skills
- 9+ years of IT experience with strong Appian expertise
- Deep knowledge of Appian architecture, Data Fabric, Records, Datastores, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP, sync/async APIs, messaging systems)
- Experience building reusable frameworks and enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Certification – L3 (mandatory)
- Experience with AWS or Azure
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives

- Preference for Jaipur/Pune-based or ready-to-relocate candidates
- Strong alignment with the requirement
