Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Appian Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in the Appian BPM platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in application development, process modeling, SAIL interfaces, system integrations, and database management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable BPM applications using Appian.
• Build Appian Sites, SAIL interfaces, Records, Reports, Dashboards, and complex Process Models.
• Develop and maintain secure integrations, Connected Systems, and Web APIs (REST/HTTP).
• Design database schemas and write optimized SQL queries using MariaDB or MySQL.
• Follow Appian architecture guidelines and best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Support application deployments across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-production support.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of dedicated Appian BPM development experience.
• Active Appian Certified Senior Developer (CSD) certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Appian SAIL, Process Models, Expression Rules, Decisions, and Custom Data Types (CDTs).
• Hands-on experience with Appian Sites, Records, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Experience with Appian Integrations, Connected Systems, and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably MariaDB or MySQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps pipelines and automated deployment tools.
• Familiarity with application release management across multiple environments.
