Appian Consultant

Job Description:

• We are looking for 5 to 9 years of experienced Appian professional to design develop and implement BPM solutions using Appian and optimize Appian modules
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development process automation improving performance and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Implement and Appian applications including interface rules integrations Records Sites Reports and Process Models
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Implement Appian best practices for performance scalability and maintainability
• Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs RDBMS REST SOAP APIs and third party services
• Conduct unit testing debugging and performance tuning of Appian applications
• Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production

Technical Requirements:

• 5 9 years of experience in Appian development
• Strong knowledge of Appian components SAIL Process Models Records Reports Sites
• Experience with Appian Plug ins Appian RPA and Appian Connected Systems
• Proficiency in Java SQL and Web Services REST SOAP
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI CD pipelines
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
