Hiring For:- Appian Architect
Location: Pune
Experience: 5 to 13yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Appian-based solutions.
- Lead Appian application development, deployment, and support activities.
- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and security standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for Appian applications.
- Integrate Appian with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, databases, and messaging services.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning activities.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
- Ensure adherence to Appian development standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex application issues.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Appian BPM Platform (Appian 20.x/21.x/22.x/23.x or above).
- Expertise in:
- Process Models
- SAIL Interface Design
- Records
- Reports
- CDTs
- Expression Rules
- Appian Objects
- Experience with Appian integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and databases.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Appian Level 2 or Senior Developer Certification.
- Appian Architect Certification (preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, or other integration technologies.
