Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Appian solutions from discovery to deployment — ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders to translate complex process flows into optimized Appian applications and integration patterns.
- Architect high-availability Appian environments on cloud (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructures, integrating with ERP, CRM, and legacy systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Define and enforce Appian best practices — SAIL component design, object reuse strategies, performance tuning, and deployment automation using Appian DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet SOC2, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.
- Mentor junior Appian developers and conduct code reviews to maintain architectural integrity and elevate team delivery standards.
