Apparel QC - Endline/ In-line (Women's Western wear/ fabric))

About the role:

* Verify customer orders and product specifications before inspection

* Conduct 100% garment inspection after sewing

* Check POM / measurements as per approved specifications

* Inspect construction, workmanship and sewing quality

* Verify style, design details and overall garment appearance

* Check fabric, trims, labels and accessories

* Verify personalization / embroidery / special customer requirements, wherever applicable

* Check symmetry, alignment, balance and overall appearance

* Identify and classify defects and decide PASS / REWORK / HOLD / REJECT

* Conduct re-inspection of corrected/reworked garments

* Maintain order-wise QC and inspection records

* Identify recurring defects and provide feedback to the production/tailoring team

* Ensure the right garment is made to the right customer specification before release to

finishing/packing

* Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring quality issues
