We're Hiring: Apparel Merchandiser – Production & E-commerce

Location: Manesar, Gurgaon

Work Mode: On-site | 6 days a week | Full-time

Label Pikake is a premium women's fashion brand operating primarily on a made-to-order model. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Apparel Merchandiser to manage daily orders, production coordination, quality checks and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access daily orders on Shopify and prepare detailed order / production sheets

• Track each made-to-order garment from fabric and embroidery availability to cutting, stitching, finishing, QC and dispatch

• Coordinate with production teams and vendors to ensure timelines are met

• Identify shortages of fabric, embroidery or trims and follow up for timely availability

• Closely monitor customized, urgent and priority orders

• Conduct quality checks for measurements, stitching, embroidery, finishing and overall garment quality

• Maintain daily production trackers and highlight delays or pending issues

• Communicate with customers professionally when required regarding sizing, customization, order updates and dispatch timelines

• Create and maintain updated line sheets for every style, including fabric details, embroidery IDs, trims, measurements and other production specifications.

• Ensure every order is completed and dispatched within the committed timeline

Skills Required:

• Experience in apparel merchandising / garment production preferred

• Good knowledge of Shopify, MS Excel, MS Office and Google Sheets

• Basic working knowledge of Canva

• Comfortable with email, WhatsApp, Google Drive and other digital tools

• Strong organization, follow-up and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of garment construction, measurements and quality control

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable communicating directly with customers in a professional and courteous manner

• Comfortable working both on the production floor and on a computer

Experience with made-to-order fashion, women's western wear, designer wear, embroidered garments or a D2C fashion brand will be an added advantage.

Experience: 1–4 years preferred

Role: Full-time, on-site

Location: Manesar, Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 days a week
