Our merchandisers are the backbone of product flow, ensuring seasonal collections hit shelves on time, within budget, and aligned with market demand. We operate with agility, data-driven forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across design, sourcing, and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end apparel merchandising cycle: from tech packs to production sign-off, ensuring alignment with seasonal calendars and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with design, buying, and overseas vendors to secure accurate costing, material specs, and MOQ compliance.
- Track production timelines and lead times, proactively resolving bottlenecks to meet delivery deadlines.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory data to forecast demand and optimize product assortments for upcoming seasons.
- Conduct fit sessions, quality audits, and pre-shipment inspections to ensure product integrity before retail launch.
- Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to align stock allocation, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.

- Inventory Turnover & OTB Planning

- Knowledge of PLM Tools (e.g., Centric, Lectra)
- Experience with Fast Fashion or Premium Apparel Brands
- Basic Understanding of Supply Chain Logistics
