Apparel Designer | Morpho | Ahmedabad (Full-time, On-site)

We're looking for an Apparel Designer who is creative, highly organized, and confident taking ideas from concept to final sample. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently without constant follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design garments from concept to final development

• Create sketches, flats, moodboards, and tech packs

• Assist with patterns, fittings, and sample corrections

• Coordinate with tailors, karigars, vendors, and production teams

• Track sampling, timelines, and collection progress

• Maintain organized files, sheets, and development trackers

• Support shoots, launches, and creative projects when needed

Software & Tools:

• Procreate

• Photoshop

• Illustrator

• Canva

• Excel / Google Sheets

What We're Looking For:

• Strong eye for silhouette, fabric, detail, and finish

• Good understanding of garment construction and fit

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Excellent organization and time management

• Able to work fast, take ownership, and solve problems
