Description
The Associate, App Development and Integrations (Customisation) Services supports the development and customisation of the Jeeves ERP platform by assisting in delivering technical solutions aligned with customer business requirements.
The role works under guidance from senior developers and solution architects and follows established development practices to complete daily tasks related to extensions, integrations and customer-specific configurations.
The Associate contributes to building and maintaining enhancements to standard functionality, assists in developing integrations and performs basic analysis to help translate functional needs into technical solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and customers, gathering information and supporting the delivery of projects as a part of our Solution Center.
The Associate applies foundational database, T-SQL and integration knowledge while gaining exposure to modern cloud technologies and evolving platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assists in analysing business needs and translating them into technical solutions together with senior developers and solution architects.
- Contributes to implementation and upgrade projects together with experienced team members.
- Collaborates with internal teams and customers to understand business processes and technical requirements.
- Supports development of Jeeves ERP customisations, extensions and integrations.
- Implements and configures apps in our customers installations.
- Performs testing, troubleshooting and documentation to support solution quality and delivery.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Education in software development, information systems or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, business workflows and integrations.
- Ability to follow structured development processes.
- Clear communication skills with internal teams and customers.
- Basic experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Foundational understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Curious mindset with a strong motivation to learn new tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with C#, Python or an interest in AI and modern cloud technologies is considered an advantage.
