Role Description This is a full-time, on-site App Developer role based in Tiruchirappalli. The App Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain mobile and web applications that align with client requirements and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, integrating front-end and back-end components, working with databases, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. The role involves collaborating with designers, product owners, and other developers to refine features, resolve technical issues, and deliver high-quality releases on schedule. The App Developer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices and tools.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming.
Candidates should possess practical experience working with Databases and Integration.
Candidates should possess front-end development skills, including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess familiarity with modern application architectures, APIs, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to debugging and optimization.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, would be beneficial.
Experience developing apps in common frameworks or platforms (e.g., Android, iOS, web frameworks) would be beneficial.
