Description

We are seeking an experienced APIM Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API development and management, with a focus on designing secure and efficient APIs that meet the needs of our applications and services.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs using API Management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API specifications and architecture.
  • Implement security measures for APIs including authentication and authorization.
  • Monitor and analyze API performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Document API designs, endpoints, and usage for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in API development and management.
  • Proficient in API management tools such as Azure API Management, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with API security protocols like OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
