 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator with 5–8 years of experience in coordinating enterprise technology projects, preferably in the API Management domain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to Kong and Apigee platforms, a good understanding of API lifecycle management, and strong project coordination, stakeholder management and delivery governance skills.

The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of secure and reliable API management solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of API management projects involving Kong and Apigee.
• Work closely with architects, developers, QA, operations and security teams to plan and track project activities.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, scope, dependencies and deliverables.
• Track project risks, issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct project planning, review meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, trackers, RAID logs and documentation.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, refinement and backlog management.
• Support SIT, UAT, integration testing, defect tracking and release readiness.
• Coordinate API deployment and release activities with technical and support teams.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation and delivery progress.
• Ensure adherence to API security, compliance and governance requirements.
• Communicate project updates, risks and achievements to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and reusable project templates.
• Support collaboration across distributed teams in a hybrid work environment.
