API testing & Digis skills

Job Description:

• Looking for 4 to 8 years of experience candidates with API testing and digital skills specialist for our SAP related applications
• Design, develop, and execute API test cases for SAP-related applications.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on API layers.
• Validate the response times, correctness, and behaviour of APIs using testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter.
• Automate API testing using tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, or other industry-standard frameworks.
• Report and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform end-to-end testing of SAP applications with a focus on integration and performance.
• Work with stakeholders to define test requirements, test plans, and test strategies.
• Ensure that SAP systems meet business requirements, security standards, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper test coverage for SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or SAP ECC.
• Utilize SAP Cloud Platform and SAP S/4HANA for testing and automation tasks.
• Leverage various automation tools and frameworks to optimize the testing process.
• Apply Agile methodologies and collaborate effectively with DevOps teams to integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Document test cases, test results, and defect logs in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain and update testing documentation regularly to ensure compliance and up-to-date procedures.
• Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
