API Test lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze API requirements specifications and business requirements
• Design develop and execute API test cases for functional integration regression and end to end testing
• Perform manual and automated API testing using Postman
• Create and maintain Postman Collections environments and automated test scripts
• Validate API responses status codes headers payloads and performance metrics
• Conduct data validation using SQL queries and backend databases
• Identify log track and verify defects using defect management tools such as JIRA
• Integrate API test suites with CI CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers business analysts and QA teams to resolve issues
• Prepare test reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders
