API Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit technical documentation for SailPoint APIs, client libraries, and SDKs.
• Lead and mentor developer advocates and cross-functional contributors to produce high-quality content.
• Develop sample code and applications demonstrating use cases for SailPoint APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify documentation needs for new product features.
• Work closely with Engineers to understand product functionality and reflect it accurately in documentation.
• Conduct stakeholder reviews and peer reviews of documentation.
• Verify the accuracy of documentation prior to publishing and maintain/edit existing documentation.
• Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable for audiences with diverse technical knowledge levels.
