Job Description
Candidate must be willing to relocate and work from our Chennai Navalur office on all 5 working days with standard working hours 6:30 AM IST to 3:30 PM IST in alignment with client business operations.
Provide L2/L3 support for Layer7 infrastructure issues, including debugging policy failures and connectivity issues. Hands-on experience with CA Layer7 API Gateway (formerly CA API Gateway / Broadcom API Gateway).Strong knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP/S).Experience with SSL/TLS, certificate management, and keystores.Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, and authentication flows.Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (Shell, Python, Groovy).Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.Exposure to CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible) and API Gateway migration automation tools.Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancers, firewalls, reverse proxies).Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
