Responsibilities

  • Train dealership sales teams to prospect effectively, reduce reliance on advertising, and deliver the Red Carpet Treatment to customers.
  • Educate managers and salespeople on systematic follow-up procedures to see the sales process through to vehicle delivery.
  • Promote a consumer-first, professional sales approach that avoids high-pressure tactics.
  • Identify and rectify individual sales performance gaps using APB's tailored training materials and support resources.
  • Establish structured sales operations, setting clear expectations and guiding both managers and staff with a step-by-step game plan.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and data throughout every stage of the sales process, enabling informed, ongoing optimization.
  • Cultivate internal talent by training existing staff for managerial advancement roles.
  • Equip sales leadership with the tools to manage their teams effectively, encouraging continual development and accountability.
