Key focal to drive key supply-related projects including being a driving force behind one of the key financial measures for our business - working capital performance. APAC Working Capital performance is a function of supply continuity that meets OTIF and CSI standards through optimal levels of inventory management. In order to make sure APAC continues to beat our performance aspirations - partnering countries to build strong pipeline for initiatives is key. This role will also gain exposure to wide-ranging regional projects that supports the region's future of supply chain roadmap.
The Shell Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) organization is a critical part of the broader Global Lubricants business, and critical to winning in the marketplace. LSC enables Shell Global Lubricants as the No. 1 Lubricants company globally, for 19 consecutive years as of 2025. In LSC Asia Pacific (AP), we operate 5 Blending Plants and 3 Grease Plants in more than 10 countries.
Due to increasing global supply chain disruptions, balancing supply continuity with optimizing working capital efficiently has become increasingly challenging. With APAC is also on a growth trajectory, and the external environment increasingly volatile and uncertain, being in touch with fresh approaches towards working capital management will enable APAC to continuing staying ahead of the competition. Apart from driving basic fundamentals to ensure healthy inventory levels across APAC, this role will be suitable for those who are up for a challenge to drive making a difference in supply and working capital management in a regional role.
