Role Summary:
Leads Quality, Risk, and Compliance (QRC) governance across APAC, ensuring operational excellence, policy adherence, and regional audit readiness while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Compliance Management :
- Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Program to ensure services meet JLL's standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and maintain reporting templates to track services and standardize information at a program level.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable international, national, state, region, and local laws and regulations.
Governance & Relationship Management:
- Develop a governance structure, including roles, responsibilities, and a Compliance Meeting Schedule.
- Manage the overall relationship with Contractors and ensure they meet contractual obligations.
- Manage Subcontractor audits and review performance metrics.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Ensure that all required reports are prepared accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs based on compliance gaps and implement appropriate training programs.
Other Responsibilities
- Oversee regional QRC programs, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
- Ensure alignment with global policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor process performance, analyze gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident management, rootcause analysis, and preventive frameworks.
- Provide QRC training, guidance, and capability building for country teams.
- Maintain dashboards, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional and country leadership to drive QRC maturity.
- Support assurance reviews, certifications, and governance cycles across APAC.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of international, national, state, local, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using performance management and reporting software.
- Ability to lead and influence teams towards operational excellence.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
